Dr H is an excellent physician and his staff is great. I was diagnosed set up for the procedure and it went off smooth as ever. Great job by all involved

he seems to be very busy, which means patient to doctor time is very limited. He removed a large kidney stone and put in a stent. Might be an everyday thing for him, but completely foreign to me and my body. You come out of the operations and are groggy as hell, and basically not all there, as soon as you can walk your out the door. no real explanations of what he did, how it when, or what to expect. only that the stent has to stay in for 6 weeks. It's been a month, its been a bearable pain discomfort level till the last week, and it just keeps getting worst. I can not do the simplest things (walk a block) and end up on the coach with a hot pad on my back for hours during the day to relieve the pain.. I don't know if I can handle another 2 weeks of this, its awful!

holly is very uncompassionate, does not do any back ground history on your conditions, but yet feels she can just kind of skirt through a phone review with very little helpful information. That was also my 1st impression of her when I had a very painful kidney stone. a month later with a stent inside me, which is very pain full all the time, which limited me to laying on the coach most of the day. per google searches this seems to be an abnormal non statistical response to the stent. Unfortunately dR. google is the only place I have gotten a meaning explanation of what the stent is and what to expect. Her advice was basically tough luck we can't move removing your steen for another 2 weeks.

Dr. Heaton has been my physician for quite a number of years now. He has always been very thoughtful and considerate concerning my care. He has always taken the time to completely explain matters concerning my care. All procedures performed were completed to my utmost satisfaction.
